Ireland rugby coach Andy Farrell has given an update on Craig Casey's condition after the scrumhalf suffered a concussion during a game against South Africa. Casey was tackled by former teammate RG Snyman, rendering him motionless for minutes. Though initially concerning, Casey managed to give a thumbs-up to the crowd as he left the pitch with a neck brace.
